"Pretty accurate, if the ballistics feel like guessing weather"
It shoots alright overall, and the accuracy is decent enough. The ballistics, though, felt a bit mixed. The drop didn’t seem quite right to me, which is always fun when you’re trying to actually hit something instead of just politely sending rounds into the mystery zone.

"Didn’t feel reliable, and the communication didn’t help"
I didn’t have a great experience with this. A couple of rounds felt inconsistent, which made me nervous from a safety standpoint. What annoyed me even more was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I never really felt like I knew what was going on or what to expect. At this point, I don’t trust it enough to use it again

"Pretty straightforward warranty help"
I had a small issue and reached out to Hornady customer service, i think they handled it well. They got back to me quicker than I expected, explained the warranty steps in a way that made sense, and didn’t make the whole thing feel like a hassle. I’m not sure every support experience would go this smoothly, but mine was solid.

I stopped in and, from what I could tell, the prices felt kind of high and the shelves didn’t seem very well stocked. I didn’t compare every item or anything, so I could be wrong, but that was the impression I got during my visit

"Showed up fine, but the wait was annoying"
I ordered a few things from Hornady, when the package finally got here everything was in good shape, so I was relieved about that. No complaints on the actual products or packaging. But man, the shipping felt slower than I expected, and the tracking just kind of sat there for a few days with no real updates, which was frustrating. I kept going from “okay, it’s probably fine” to “why is this taking so long?” Fulfillment definitely felt a bit slower than some other places I’ve ordered from. Not a bad experience overall, just not exactly smooth either. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t needing it quickly.

"Pretty hit or miss lately"
I don’t know, this has just been really inconsistent lately. One box is fine, then the next one feels off, like the quality just isn’t the same. Kind of frustrating because it used to be more reliable.
